The British High Commission represents the UK Government in Tanzania. For over 60 years, the British High Commission has maintained and developed relations between the UK and Tanzania. The British High Commission deals with a wide range of political and economic issues of interest to the UK and Tanzania, working with public and private stakeholders to promote sustainable growth, protect natural resources and support progress on education, health, poverty reduction, trade, investment and security.
